Rangers have made some good signings this month, that much is clear, but it is also apparent that the club remains intent on strengthening further.
Plenty of players are linked with the Gers right now but some closer to home also could be staying around longer than intentionally thought.
Indeed, according to the Herald, Rangers are still in talks with Liverpool over extending the loan of Ryan Kent or even making his deal permanent – which is obviously a good thing.
Whilst the signings we have made so far have been impressive, getting this sorted would be just as significant as we look to build for this season and the future.
Without doubt, the winger has been very good for us this season and finally looks ready to kick on and fulfil his potential.
For sure, if he went back to Liverpool that would be at risk and it seems as though he is enjoying it here.
Getting this man’s future resolved, then, is just as important as some of our January deals so far.
