Rangers are back in European action tonight as we take on Danish side FC Midtjylland in the Europa League.
It gives us the chance to take a big step further towards the play-offs and then the group stage, hopefully, but we’ve also seen a story emerge recently that might provide a bit of a distraction.
According to the Daily Record, West Brom have bid around £10m for the forward with the deadline for the Baggies at 5pm tonight.
The Gers, though, have rejected the offer and that is unsurprising without doubt.
Whilst that’s decent money he is worth more than that and the English side has had plenty of time to try and get him if they wanted him.
They’re clearly trying to rush us into a sale and we’re not going to be having any of that as we look to keep hold of him past the end of our window at the start of September.
