Rangers starting line-up to face Ross County in the final home game of the season has been confirmed with seven changes made from Sunday.

Gio van Bronckhorst’s selection for tonight’s game is as follows:

Allan McGregor – James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Calvin Bassey, Borna Barisic – John Lundstram, Glen Kamara, Alex Lowry,  – Ryan Kent, Joe Aribo, Scott Wright.

On the bench we have Jon McLaughlin, Leon Balogun, Leon King, James Sands, Aaron Ramsey, Steven Davis, Scott Wright, Amad Diallo and Fashion Sakala.

There is a very strong feel to the side tonight, as preparations get under way for the massive showdown in Seville next Wednesday.

Arguably, nine of those starting tonight will line-up in southern Spain against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League final with only a couple of spot up for grabs in Gio’s first choice side.

Joe Aribo returns to the team after his head knock against Leipzig and is likely to lead the line, ably supported by Kent and Wright.

The inclusion of Lowry from the start is great to see as quite simply, he is more than good enough and ready to contribute now. Following his positive showing on Sunday, it is right that he is retained for a game that should produce a few goals and a performance for the Gers with confidence and excitement soaring ahead of next week.

Until then, two Premiership games remain and Rangers must be professional and get on with the job.

Kick-off at Ibrox is at 7.45PM.
