‘Rangers laughing stock’ – Celtic fan delusion like a bald man fighting over a comb

Following Rangers Scottish Cup exit on Sunday, many Celtic fans took to social media to get on their high horse.

Without a hint of irony they were bragging about Rangers exit – never mind that their team had failed at Ibrox one week earlier.

Never mind that their dream of the fabled ten – that they have sang about for years – was shattered early in the new year.

Maybe we should ignore the omnishambles that has been Celtic’s season, from start to finish, this term.

From their European debacles, to the ‘super transfer window, to Dubaigate and Rangers title success in March!

Never mind at all.

That still didn’t stop many from indulging in the worst form of one-upmanship, a very hollow form of it.

Ridiculous, pointless, futile, stupid – like a bald man fighting over a comb!
