Rangers Keep The Pressure On With Second League Win Against Dundee

Rangers were back in action on Saturday following the September international break and manager Steven Gerrard would’ve been pleased with our efforts on the day as we easily put Dundee to the sword with a 4-0 victory to notch up our second Premiership win of the season.

Lassana Coulibaly opened the scoring for us four minutes into the match and we had a 3-0 advantage going into the halftime break with Ryan Kent and James Tavernier adding their names to the scoresheet.

With no reply from the visitors in the second half, former Rangers man Kenny Miller earned himself a red card with just over ten minutes remaining in the affair and Glenn Middleton topped things off with a goal in minute 83.

Credit where it’s due, goalkeeper Elliot Parish earned his wages on the day as we could’ve certainly scored more had it not been for his performance between the sticks.

The gap to Hearts in top spot with their winning streak stands at seven points, but only two points separate us from Celtic in second place.
