According to Football Insider, Rangers are looking to shift five players from their squad and will aim to do so before the end of the transfer window.
The Gers have been excellent this summer at getting business done and I think we can be happy with who we have signed – even if we don’t bring in anyone else this summer.
The squad is big, though, and so it is clear that the Gers need to get rid of some of the players that are purely going to take up wages rather than really feature next year.
According to the report, then, there are at least five players that the club wants to move on with Kyle Lafferty, Eros Grezda, Joe Dodoo, Graham Dorrans and Jason Holt all name-checked.
There’s little surprise with any of these, too, with none really making an impact in recent times for the club thanks to one reason or another.
