Rangers will be looking to earn themselves a spot in the Betfred Cup final this weekend as we take on Hearts in the semi-final.
The Jambos have lost Craig Levein this week with them deciding that they wanted a new man at the helm and it remains to be seen how that is going to impact their performance this weekend.
Even so, the Gers have got a great chance of getting a win given the talent we have in the squad and it seems as though Allan McGregor could well be a part of things with Steven Gerrard hopeful.
Speaking to the press earlier this morning, he revealed via the club’s official Twitter account that he has a chance of returning to the side against the men from Tynecastle:
????️ SG: No new problems from Ross County, Borna got a kick but he is fine. Allan McGregor is improving, he will do a light session and we will see how he is. He has a good chance.

Certainly, that would be a big boost for a big game and it remains to be seen what happens in terms of team selection now.
