That was hardly the response we wanted at the weekend and it certainly worried me how lethargic we looked.
We were going into this game – at home – after a loss in the biggest match of the season and though we put our all into that one, we should have bounced back with a win against Killie.
Graeme Murty should have rallied the troops more but the players should have got amongst it from the off and instead after the first few minutes I had serious doubts we were going to do much.
Clearly, and unfortunately, there is still a way to go particularly with the mental side of the game if we`re going to be back on top in the league and the players need to stand up and be counted rather than simply down tools.
Let`s take a look at what has been said on Twitter since the result.
FULL TIME: Rangers 0-1 Kilmarnock (Boyd 55′)
Disappointment at Ibrox as a Kris Boyd strike gives Kilmarnock all three points. pic.twitter.com/FMWmUQiR55

Awful performance. I`m sorry to say but as much as I like Murty, he`s not the man for the job.
