Rangers commercial team have worked wonders in the last couple of years and it looks as if they are showing no signs of letting up.
Today we have seen announcements from the club detailing two partnerships, one with the Rangers Women’s team and another that will work across the whole club, again, adding much needed revenue to the club.
Fridays or TGI Fridays as it is more commonly known in the UK will now have it’s name on the shirts of the women’s team, as revealed by James Bisgrove:
“We are delighted to announce this new Official Partnership with Fridays, ahead of an exciting 2021/22 season for Rangers.
“Fridays are a globally recognised brand with a strong and rich heritage, which makes them an excellent fit for Rangers growing commercial partnership family.”
Next up was Vitality, who are to become the club’s wellness partner, a company known for promoting health based initiatives linked to life insurance, amongst many other products, Bisgrove again earning his money by announcing the news:
“Vitality have a strong pedigree in sport partnerships and are firmly committed to the growth of Women’s elite sport. We look forward to working with them closely to make the Rangers partnership a success across both our Men’s and Women’s team into next season and beyond.”
What will Rangers win this season?
League and cup double
It’s just another example of the profile of the club reaching new heights, companies want to be associated with us now and securing qualification to the Champions League would not only open doors for greater earning potential but kick them down even further – adding even more funds to the Ibrox coffers.
