According to Football Insider, Rangers captain James Tavernier has got 10 clubs at least interested in him this summer as they look to take him away from Ibrox.
The report suggests the likes of Newcastle and Aston Villa are looking at the defender whilst he also apparently has teams from Italy looking at him in this transfer window.
He did, of course, get well into double figures for goals last season thanks to his work from set-pieces whilst his running down the right is also important.
At times, his leadership has been criticised but I think overall he is a good skipper and one that we ideally need to keep hold of this summer.
The task to do so, though, appears to be significant as a number of clubs would seem to be looking at him right now and we’ll have to bat quite a few away.
Let’s see how it pans out in the coming weeks.
