Rangers ace discusses transfer headache

|

Quoted by Sky Sports News, via HITC, James Tavernier has said that Rangers will get on fine without Ryan Kent this season if he does not end up back at the club.

We all want to see Kent back at the club this summer but that is looking in the balance at the moment.

Jurgen Klopp has said that only a permanent exit for the player will happen this summer now and so whether or not we can get him in the coming weeks is up for debate.

Even so, we’ve made some good signings this summer and the likes of Sheyi Ojo should be able to show what they can do out wide even if we don’t have Kent.

Indeed, Tav is confident that we’ll be okay without him:

“If he doesn’t sign then we have really good players in his position. We have got a lot of players that could really do a job for us. It’s down to the people above us to see what happens.”

I agree with the skipper too.

I’d like Kent back at Ibrox, we all would, but I think the squad is strong enough for the new season without him.
