The Gers are back in action tonight as we take on Aberdeen in the league as we aim to remain top of the tree in this country.
We’re there to be got at now and it remains to be seen how this group of players can deal with the pressure and the expectation that comes with that.
Beat Aberdeen after beating Hearts, though, and I think we’ll be putting out a big statement for sure to the rest of the league.
Certainly, Sunday in itself was a positive occasion for Steven Gerrard and not just because we won.
Liverpool beat Everton with the final action of the game on Sunday afternoon and as a man who knows all about that derby and what it means to that city, it seems as though the boss enjoyed it.
He said:
????️SG: I ran further than Kloop when that goal went in, I've never been manager when a last-minute derby winner goes in, don't be surprised if you see me run further!

Certainly, there is a growing relationship between the Reds and the Gers thanks to the boss’ presence and these comments have got many talking in response…
Apologies, Jürgen Klopp for the typo.

I’m a Liverpool fan who never really followed Scottish football before but ever since my favourite footballer of all time Steven Gerrard became manager of Rangers, I now follow Rangers matches & league progress closely. Rangers have now become my favourite team in Scottish soccer
