Rangers fans are celebrating a fifth consecutive victory for Steven Gerrard’s side after a 1-0 win over Hibernian at Ibrox on Sunday.

After defeat to Celtic at the end of March, Gerrard’s men have conquered everyone in their path and are now carrying serious momentum into next weekend’s derby at Ibrox.

The league may be over, but there’s plenty of work to do and ambitions to build towards and right now we’re doing just that.

Sunday’s match against Hibs was a fairly dull game for the majority of the 90 minutes, with a solitary Jermain Defoe goal enough to put Rangers in a position to win.

However, it all sparked into life late on when goalkeeper Allan McGregor got himself sent off. With Gerrard already using all his substitutes, goalkeeping duty fell to young Ross McCrorie who had come on to the pitch less than ten minutes prior.

McCrorie, whose brother Robbie is a shot-stopper on the books at Ibrox, managed to see out the game between the sticks, impressing amused fans who while seeing the funny side of it all were delighted with confident manner he took to the task.

These supporters took to Twitter to share their thoughts on his unusual performance…
