According to the Daily Record, striker Cameron Gascoigne is being given a trial with Rangers this week as the free agent looks to try and bag himself a new club.
The 18-year-old is a free agent after leaving Newcastle United earlier on this year and is looking to get himself a new contract with a side.
Indeed, we’re giving him the chance to try and impress this week with the club boasting some of the best young players in the country at the moment.
We have a very good young side right now below the first team that is picking up trophies and winning games and Gascoigne will have to show that he is capable of matching that level this week.
Whether or not he earns a contract with the club remains to be seen but it is clear that he’s got a decent amount of talent and this is now a big chance for him.
