As quoted by the Daily Record, Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has suggested that the transfer window could well be done and dusted pretty much for us in terms of incomings.
The Gers have had an excellent window so far this summer and one that we can all be very pleased about.
Of course, we’re always looking for more but I think if anyone is complaining about this window then they will never be happy.
Gerrard has signed some fine players this summer and the early signs have suggested that we have got a team together that is really capable of doing something this season coming.
Indeed, it also looks as though the boss is happy with what he has got and, that said, he has suggested there may be no more arrivals this summer to the club.
He said:
“In terms of incomings, we’re near enough done. I always say near enough, you’re never done as a manager but there won’t be much more activity in terms of incomings.”
I’d be fine with this.
We’ve made some good signings and are looking strong – roll on the league campaign.
