Jordan Rossiter started his first match for Rangers since May on Sunday, with Steven Gerrard’s side running out 4-1 winners away to Hamilton Accies in the Scottish Premiership.
Rossiter’s time at the Gers has been plagued with injuries, making just eight starts since joining the club.
Today was only his fourth start since August 2016 and is a major moment in his Rangers career, breaking into Gerrard’s starting eleven for the first time.
He’s always had the talent but hopefully he can now find fitness on a consistent basis and reach his potential.
Many gave him pass marks in Hamilton, one of only a few in an all-round poor Rangers performance that required three late goals to pick up all three points.
With games coming thick and fast over the next few weeks, hopefully it’s no the last we’ve seen of the former Liverpool man.

Jordan Rossiter was our best player today, and when fit, our best midfielder I think

Everytime Rossiter comes into the team he seems to be most vocal and always in amongst the wee scuffles etc! Love it! ????

When someone tells you there is no such thing as a miracle, tell them about the time Jordan Rossiter played 82 minutes of football, at Hamilton, on a plastic pitch.

Thought Rossiter had a steady performance, 80 minutes on a pitch like that. Once back to full fitness we'll have a player there. Also looks delighted himself to be back.

Rossiter had a good game considering he isn't back to full fitness and not had much game time.
