Rangers supporters don’t have much to shout about this weekend after watching Steven Gerrard’s team play out a dour 0-0 draw at home to St Johnstone in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.
The dropped points mean that we will fall eight points behind league leaders Celtic if they manage to pick up a victory at Rugby Park later on this afternoon.
It was a day to forget, but fans did take at least one silver lining out of the encounter – Glen Kamara’s debut.
A January signing from Dundee, everyone is curious to see how he adapts to life at Ibrox and the initial signs are good.
He looked confident on the ball, committed in the tackle and eager to influence the game in the opposition half. If he can continue to show that attitude over the coming weeks and months we could be on to a winner.
Sadly his teammates did not help out at all yesterday, but surely the Finnish international has earned another starting opportunity on Wednesday night against Kilmarnock?
These supporters took to Twitter this weekend to share their thoughts on his debut display…
Kamara offered and showed more yesterday than Davis has since he's returned. Doesn't look like he's the same player, which we expected but also looks like he's struggling which is the concern.

The only shining light was kamara , never flustered on the ball always trying to make things happen. The future.

Fantastic today Mr Kamara, keep up the brilliant performances like today. MOTM in my opinion, kept the ball moving and you covered the majority of the pitch. Can’t wait to see you on Wednesday against Killie, I’ll be very surprised if you are not selected. WATP ????????????

Thought Kamara did well, thrown in, difficult but he performed well. One of the few players who looked confident on the ball. Did little wrong but can't expect great things when he's had so little time to get up to speed.

Kamara impressed big time….!
Kent looked slow and didn't create much, but that can be said about many others. https://t.co/YAzcQ5nVgl
