One Side From Glasgow Does The Job In Europe

|

Yesterday evening saw Rangers move to the top of the Europa League Group G table following a 3-1 victory over Rapid Vienna at Ibrox.

The game certainly had its talking points and having fallen behind in the game to our visitors, the man who continues to split the fanbase, Alfredo Morelos, had us back on level terms within a minute of their opener.

James Tavernier added a second after the halftime restart and buried a penalty with a little over five minutes remaining in normal time, and Morelos completed his brace in stoppage time to ensure the points and the victory.

Morelos also won the penalty and we remain unbeaten in European competition so far this year having picked up five wins and five draws and we do have a certain advantage now having moved to the top of the group, but what we do with it is what counts.

Enjoy the win but look for further improvement.
