Rangers fans are not happy with striker Alfredo Morelos after he was sent off in today’s derby against Celtic.
The Colombian elbowed Hoops captain Scott Brown in the chest in the first half, putting his teammates and manager under serious pressure after already going 1-0 down.
The Gers battled back well to equalise through Ryan Kent but ultimately lost out after a James Forrest winner.
Now 13 points behind Celtic in the Scottish Premiership, our season is as good as over and we must now think about rebuilding the team again this summer to push for major honours next term.
There are again serious doubts about Morelos’ future at the club after the red card, which incredibly was his fifth of the season. Now facing a lengthy ban, is it time to cut our losses with the 22-year-old?
He may have scored 29 goals this season, but if we can’t rely on him in the big matches then he shouldn’t be at Ibrox.
These fans are furious and took to Twitter to share their thoughts…

No player bigger than the team. Stop treating him like he's a Rangers legend. Sell him. There are 100 strikers who could score 20 in the SPL.

Unforgivable.

Morelos played right into brown and Celtics hands there, not good enough from him. Let us down again with his temper.

This guy needs kicked out of the club an absolute liability that you can’t change. He has had enough chances GET RID!!

It's happened too many times. Yes, Morelos can score goals but the amount of red cards he receives means he's a liability.
