Rangers have moved up to second place in the Scottish Premiership after beating Livingston 3-0 away from home on Sunday.
After suffering a loss on Wednesday night, there was real pressure on today’s encounter and Steven Gerrard’s side delivered a fiery performance to win comfortably and leapfrog Kilmarnock.
Alfredo Morelos rounded off the scoring started by Ryan Jack and Ryan Kent, superbly dribbling past an onrushing goalkeeper to finish from a narrow angle.
It was the Colombian’s 21st goal of the season, a tally that proves he is the most effective attacking player in the country right now.
A lot has been made of Jermain Defoe’s arrival at Ibrox but Morelos will be keen to prove he is the number one choice when it comes to strikers at the club.
The 22-year-old has a massive future in the game, but first he’s set to play a huge part in our charge to win major honours this season.
These fans took to Twitter on Sunday to share their thoughts on his performance…
