We’re just a couple of hours from kick-off now as Rangers take on Progres in Luxembourg, bidding to make the next stage of the Europa League.
The Gers take a 2-0 lead into the second leg of this tie and it should have been a greater margin but for a lack of finishing in the first leg.
Even so, we should still feel as though we can get the job done this evening but we must be focused as we know this side can cause an upset or two.
Fortunately, we’re looking strong in terms of squad fitness at the moment and Steven Gerrard has revealed that the only play not set to feature is Steven Davis.
Quoted by the Express, he said:
“We’ve a fully fit squad barring Steven Davis.”
Davis will be missing but no-one else is with team news just around the corner.
It’s set to be a strong side, though, and one I would like to think is going to do the business.
