Rangers starlet Barry McKay has been called up to the Scotland under 19 squad for the friendly with Sweden next month.
The youngster who has been involved in 35 games for Rangers this season has been given the call by under 19 head coach Rocky Sbragia. McKay has been a shining light for Rangers this season and has also featured in the Scotland under 21 squad.
The home friendly against Sweden is a warm up game for the upcoming European Championship Elite round in which the Scotland under 19’s will take on Belgium, Georgia and England. McKay will be hoping to feature in that as well.
