What defines success this season? That`s surely the biggest question for us between now and the remainder of the campaign.
Of course, before the weekend we might have thought that a league title challenge could have been on the cards but it`s probably best to aim for second now and then go for the crown next year.
Let`s get a top two spot, then, and win the Cup and then see if Graeme Murty gets to stay on board permanently for next season.
In my opinion, he`s done enough already to warrant a chance in 2018/19. He gets the club and understands the players and has got results out of them. The debate remains over whether he should stay on, though, and Ibrox Loyal has taken to Twitter recently to really open it up.
Let`s take a look at what has been said and at the general feeling among some of our fans about the gaffer then.
I like Graeme Murty, steadies the ship and has respect of the players. Though I’d be lying if i said that at the end of the season i didn’t want an experienced well-known manager in.
Murty definitely should be retained on staff though.

We are on a good path, why risk someone coming in and doing worse when we have someone decent in place. He won`t hang around if we replace him again.

I don`t know why the fans are giving Murty such a kicking. Ok he might not be a big name but he has turned our season around. No manager out there right now could have done a better job than what he is doing right now! Stop moaning

If he stays he`s got a big decision to make who is in his plans and who`s not looking at the squad there`s around 8-13 with Miller moving to a coach role wages could be better used
