As per Football Scotland, Ryan Kent is still a man that Rangers want to sign on loan this summer but it does seem as though Jurgen Klopp is liking what he is seeing from the player.
The winger was brilliant for us last season as he won young player of the year and it is safe to assume that the one coming – if he signed – would see him excel again.
However, Liverpool decided to take him to the United States for their tour and during that period – as well as before it against Tranmere and Bradford – he has impressed.
Klopp told Liverpool’s official website:
“Ryan had sensational moments in the Sevilla game – one-on-one situations are his big strength.
“He is a wonderful kid, a wonderful player.”
Of course, this does not mean he’ll definitely keep the winger at the club past the end of this window for the season coming but it suggests he’s thinking about it.
A worry for us, then, and we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
