Having announced their intention to appeal that straight red card shown to midfielder Ryan Jack in the defeat to Hibernian last weekend, Rangers have succeeded in having the red card scrubbed from his record.
The player was facing a ban after being shown a straight red by match day referee Beaton, but with the panel finding in our summer signing’s favour when presented with the evidence we compiled, he is now free to take his place in this weekend’s squad for the game against Hearts.
We host Hearts at Ibrox Stadium for the game on Saturday.
