Highly rated Senegalese striker Abdallah Sima will head to Ibrox later this month with the rest of his Slavia Prague teammates for the Europa League Last 16 clash.

The in-demand youngster added to his reputation with a finely taken long-range strike to confirm Leicester City’s elimination from the same tournament, last Thursday at the King Power Stadium.

A recent report from a West Ham insider account Claret and Hugh stated that Slavia are demanding a £35million fee for the player but this has been rubbished by the Czech club’s President, Jaroslav Tvrdik.

It is believed that Sima has been tracked by David Moyes for some time now, with a view to making a move this Summer.

The Hammers have been very pleased with their recent dealings with Slavia Prague in which they have landed Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal.

Both players have hit the ground running, proving to be great value with a reported combined cost of just over £20 million.

No wonder they are keen to go back for more.

As for Sima, he is a dangerman that Rangers will need to keep an eye on, as Brendan Rodgers found out to his team’s cost last week.

The teenage striker appears destined for greater heights as his star continues to rise.

In the Czech First League, Sima has 11 goals and four assists from 15 appearances, complimented by four goals and one assist from eight Europa League outings, so far this season.

Football Insider have also reported that Everton are tracking the player, but regardless Moyes and West Ham will have to face stiff competition in order to land their target.
