What a difference a win can make. Rangers fans were left feeling downbeat after a few poor weeks of form, but fortunately, Steven Gerrard’s men were able to turn it around at the weekend.

Our clash with St. Mirren was a must-win fixture for the ‘Gers, given that we’re playing catch-up at the top of the table, and fortunately, we got exactly what we needed.

It was a resolute and solid performance, and we were good value for our 2-0 win. Two late goals sealed the points, and the scorer of the second was Alfredo Morelos.

Morelos has a been in good form this season, and following the game he took to Instagram to celebrate.

Morelos is clearly pretty pleased with the result, as he should be. It means that we’re still within touching distance of the top of the table, and that’s exactly where we need to be.

He played a key role, as he has on more than one occasion this season, and we know that if he’s on form, we’ve always got a chance.
