‘Going to run this league’ – Rangers fans are buzzing about one partnership after draw

Ten man Rangers had to settle for a point against Aberdeen at Pittodrie this afternoon after Bruce Anderson cancelled out James Tavernier’s opener in a 1-1 draw.

Steven Gerrard’s side had held their lead for the majority of the match, defending pretty well against what was a blunt attacking perfromance from Derek McInnes’ team.

Sadly the three points were not ours, but it was an encouraging performance given we played with ten men for close to 80 minutes after Alfredo Morelos was harshly sent off.

Two performers fans that fans enjoyed were Lassana Coulibaly and Ryan Jack, a partnership of new and old players forged by Gerrard in the early stages of the season.

They dominated the midfield area for almost the entire match despite the man disadvantage and fans are excited to see them player together more in the weeks and months to come.
