Rangers have been highly active in this transfer window which is good to see but it’s also far from over yet by the looks of things.

Jermain Defoe and Steven Davis have joined on permanent deals whilst we’ve seen Glen Kamara and Jordan Jones arrive on pre-contract agreements.

They’ll arrive in the summer, then, but one man who could join the former pair at the club imminently is Matt Polster with him on trial with the Gers.

Indeed, as per a report in the Sun, the MLS-based star has linked up with the Gers in Tenerife for their winter training camp after impressing on a trial period last month.

An American international, Polster played against our manager Steven Gerrard when the boss was with LA Galaxy, too, so Stevie should know a bit about him.
