It’s been a strong season so far for Rangers with the club looking well in a title race right now with Celtic.
We’ve been waiting a good few years to get to this point and now it has happened we need to grasp the opportunity with both hands.
Certainly, that is what we appear to have looked to do with some of the signings on show but we also need to try and keep hold of our best players – like Alfredo Morelos.
The striker has been excellent again this season and there have, of course, been concerns that he might be poached before the campaign is out.
Steven Gerrard, though, has sought to provide clarity on the situation with this update concerning the forward.
As quoted by the Daily Record, the boss said:
“There has been nothing concrete in terms of transfer offers received.
“At this moment, Alfredo won’t be going anywhere but of course everyone has a price.”
Everyone does have a price, unfortunately, but for now it seems as though things are purely speculative – we needn’t worry too much until that changes.
