Friday night football is back at Ibrox with Rangers v Dunfermline in the Premier Sports Cup.

An update was provided this afternoon, confirming the TV picks for the 2nd round of the tournament.

As well as Rangers game, the others chosen for live coverage by the title sponsors can be viewed below.

With an approximate 50% capacity crowd due at Ibrox on Saturday for the Premiership opener against Livingston, there will hopefully be a significant increase for the League Cup game.

The schedule for Steven Gerrard’s men is now set, over the next couple of weeks.

The clash against Dunfermline will come just before Rangers next stage of European games, following Malmo.

Should the Gers proceed past the Swedes, this will be the Playoff for the riches and prestige of the Champions League or if they fall as happened back in 2011, a parachute place in the Europa League playoff is secured.
