If you were Rangers manager, and you had the option to keep one of our loan stars full-time. Which one would you pick? El Hadji Diouf, Vladimir Weiss or Kyle Bartley.
All three players became very popular during their loan stints at the club. Diouf would be the easiest target as he is not wanted by Blackburn. Both Bartley and Weiss would probably not be cheap to sign if we had the option.
Vladimir Weiss is undoubtedly in love with Rangers but he is a young star who has a bright future and is going to be a huge success. He would love to play for Rangers but he probably knows he could find a bigger club or even make a go of it at Manchester City.
Kyle Bartley is still young and could become a full international with England in the future and a major player at Arsenal. He showed a lot of promise at Rangers before he was injured and ruled out for the season.
Meanwhile, Diouf became a fan favourite as soon as he arrived at the club. He loves the fans as long as they love him. But is he good enough? His form was inconsistent, but to be fair he had been frozen out by Blackburn for a while. With a good pre-season behind him he could be a fantastic player.
