It has been suggested that Glen Kamara will miss out on EURO 2020 as a result of his 3 game ban handed out by UEFA.
If true, this would be an absolute travesty and a total injustice.
For the events that ook place off the pitch, following the Last 16 second leg tie, between Rangers and Slavia, when Kamara was verbally assaulted on the pitch by Ondrej Kudela, UEFA have imposed the sanction on the Finland international.
Breaking: UEFA hits Slavia Prague’s Ondrej Kudela with 10 game ban for racially abusing Rangers player Glen Kamara.
Kamara has been given a 3 match suspension for assaulting Kudela in retaliation to racist abuse.

Now, this is where is gets murky.
At present, there has been no clarity provided on the terms of Kamara’s ban – effectively for taking a stand against racism.
Sky Sports News Bryan Swanson then commented on the ban meted out to Kudela.
Ban includes Euro 2020 and Europa League matches #UEFA

If the above is correct as it appears, there will be very little sympathy for Kudela who deliberately targetted Kamara, then covered his mouth before scarpering off.
This would mean a very good chance of the player missing out when the Czech Republic go into battle at this summer’s EURO 2020 tournament.
However, the same fate could befall Glen Kamara given that Rangers have no UEFA club games until after the close season.
He would be ruled out of Finland’s three group games against Denmar, Russia and Belgium.
That would not be justice, fair or equitable.
That would not be an equal game.
That would no be standing up to racism.
Over to you, UEFA.
