We’re still waiting for Rangers to really get going in the transfer market this summer even if we have been linked with several targets.
That is the nature of the transfer window, of course, and it seems safe to assume that work is going on behind the scenes to get things sorted.
However, one man that will not be joining the club is 22-year-old Matty Willock.
The former Manchester United trainee and St. Johnstone man was apparently a target of ours according to the Times.
However, it has been confirmed by EFL side Gillingham that he has joined their club ahead of their League One campaign next season south of the border:
BREAKING ???? | #Gills have captured the signing of former @ManUtd youngster @mattywillock on a two-year deal.

To be honest, I am not so fussed about missing out on him because there are players out there that we can certainly bring in that are of a higher quality.
I just hope we start getting some business done soon to be honest.
