John Hartson has got plenty to say in his Evening Times column and sometimes some of it makes sense but this week he has got it badly, badly wrong.

The former Celtic star knows plenty about our rivalry with his former side, of course, and that does clearly come into play when he writes about us.

Put simply, he cannot get us out of his head and it shrouds his judgement – with it coming to the point he’s questioned the SFA over the Alfredo Morelos ban.

He writes:

“In my opinion, they have only now meted out this punishment to Morelos because he has been sent off a number of times now, and they feel that they have to be seen to be doing something to hammer him.”

Morelos has been dealt with time and again by the SFA and each time he has served his bans.

Of course, he’s picked up a lot of reds and that is an issue but at the end of the day he has still served his punishment.

I think Hartson knows that his team could be in trouble, then, and with Alfredo back soon we’ll be hunting them down.
