Rangers defender Kirk Broadfoot is set to leave Ibrox according to ‘Sky Sources’, the news came up on the sky sports news ticker.
I don’t have any further details at the moment but one can only assume he has a move lined up before the transfer window shuts. Although Sky did say he is close to agreeing a deal to leave the club so it could be he has had a fallen out. The defender was absent from the 1-1 draw with Berwick Rangers on Sunday and it looks like he has played his last game for the club.
Rangers signed him on a bosman from St Mirren in 2007. He has made 80 league appearances for the club scoring 1 goal. He won his first Scotland caps whilst at Rangers and scored on his debut against Iceland. He has since played a further three games for Scotland.
