Fans in Belfast will be excited at the news that a new Rangers Store is set to open in the city.

In what is a boost to the club’s thousands of fans across Northern Ireland, they are set to enjoy the experience of having the benefits of the Castore partnership right on their doorstep.

The news came from the club after it was revealed that the Ibrox and Buchanan Galleries outlets were set to re-open on Monday, next week (28/4).

As well as Belfast, a new operation is set to commence at Glasgow Airport in what is a key milestone for the commercial operations of the club.

The club statement included:

“We are both well aware of the demand from the thousands of incredibly loyal Rangers supporters in Northern Ireland, and we are delighted to be bringing an official club store to a prominent location in Belfast City Centre in the very near future.”

As fans have not been able to travel to games over the last year, NI-based supporters have been restricted to mail order when buying the new Castore items this season.

Well documented early issues with product quality led to frustration as supporters were not able to go to a store or to check out the range, in person.

With the new opening, set for May, that problem will be much alleviated.

A new, modern, fully stocked Rangers Store in Belfast will be well received by the fans and is very likely to be a highly profitable venture for the Rangers x Castore partnership – which in itself has had an excellent first year.
