There have been more Ryan Kent updates than days in the off-period it seems so far this year but until we know exactly where he is heading for next season that won’t stop.
What is certain, is that Gers fans want to see him return to the club in some capacity – though a loan deal is probably what the club is going to be able to do rather than a permanent transfer.
And, that in mind, it appears that the latest update from Football Insider concerning the winger will leave us feeling confident that he will join.
According to them, Liverpool are now more open to letting him leave on loan this season after wanting originally to sell him if possible.
Indeed, the report suggests that with no Championship sides currently willing to make a permanent offer, Rangers are in the driving seat as Kent would rather move to Ibrox on loan rather than anywhere else.
Let’s see if that is what comes to pass.
