Here we go, then, another tough result to take and another game where things did not go to plan in the SPFL Premiership.

What I will say is that we are not far away but, clearly, things need to sharpen up and some of the players need to dig in, stand up and make themselves known out on that pitch.

Steven Gerrard has sought to dig some of them out but, last night, we failed to see a response from some.

Hopefully, though, he can get them playing because, whilst it wasn’t great to watch, we do have some talent out on the pitch and we’re not that far off of Celtic if we can get the results going our way.

Anyway, a 1-1 draw is what we earned against Killie and our fans have had plenty to say in response to the result.
